Collioure Rouge Alix Parcé, Domaine Augustin, Parcé Frères 2022
This is from a relatively new Roussillon estate created by a split in the Parcé family. Made from 70% grenache with carignan and a touch of mourvèdre, this is an excellent example of red Collioure in an unapologetically full-bodied style, with fabulous fruit, structure, spice and length.
