From a biodynamically and organically farmed, family estate in the Côstieres de Nimes, this syrah and grenache blend that shows a great sense of place with Mediterranean herbs and lots of brambles and spice. The mistral wind native to the Rhône combined with the proximity of the vines to the Mediterranean allow the grapes to maintain plenty of freshness. Expect a juicy core with liquorice and pepper combined with ripe tannins.
