2019 is a powerful vintage and is still in need of time of cellaring in bottle to reach its full potential. The wine spends 18 months in 500-litre barrels, of which a high percentage is new oak. This gives the wine plenty of cedar and spice notes and structure. This small, family estate has a high attention to detail and the resulting wines are precise and age worthy.
