White Wine from France - Burgundy
Recently sourced from an exclusive cellar of impeccable provenance. The palate is fresher than the aromatics imply, with a firm, balancing line of acidity. The vintage shows through in its richness, with flavours of lemon, lime and citrus zest alongside hints of white peach blossom. Nutty notes of almond and marzipan add depth and complexity. Overall, more balanced and convincing on the palate than the nose suggests.
