Red Wine from France - Languedoc
From high altitude cool-climate vineyards north of Béziers, this refreshing, scented red reveals attractive wild strawberry character and crunchy, finely honed tannins. Mainly pinot noir, with a small amount of pinot blanc and pinot gris, the wine was whole-bunch fermented and aged in oak for 6 months prior to bottling. This is an elegant, refined wine from an excellent producer.
