Fitou Origines, Domaine Bertrand-Bergé 2022
Probably the top estate in Fitou in the south of France, where the Languedoc meets Roussillon. They have a wealth of old vines, especially carignan, all of them sustainably farmed. This is full-bodied and expresses plenty of dark woodland fruit.
