A single-vineyard Gavi di Gavi from a famous estate in the heart of the commune with a justified reputation for making some of the region's best wines. It offers a beguiling aroma of apple, lime and its peel, with a touch of smokiness which leads to a palate with great drive and tension. With steely acidity, this is bracingly fresh, with a persistent, mineral finish which will appeal to members who enjoy classic Chablis.
