Hope & Glory, Blanc de Blancs 2016 Brut
A simply stunning 100% chardonnay from the outstanding 2016 vintage, blended by husband and wife team Susie Barrie MW and Peter Richards MW at Hattingley Valley. The wine shows wonderful focus with pristine aromas of lemon zest and toast, with a taut and concentrated palate. Delicious now but one that'll age with grace.
