Johannes and Sabine Eser have 20 hectares of vines centred in the Johannisberg. Vogelsang on sandy soil is between Schloss Johannisberg and Schloss Vollrads. Goldätzel on quartz is more minerally. The warmest site on quartz in front of Schloss Johannisberg is Klaus. They also own vines in Rudesheimer Berg Roseneck and Rottland and in the heavier soil of Winkeler Jesuitengarten.
