Juanicó Teru Teru Cabernet Franc 2024

3.600000000 star rating 5 Reviews
Bright and fresh cabernet franc from Uruguay with cedary nose and medium-bodied palate. Uruguay means 'river of painted birds' in the native Guarani language and provided the inspiration for this label featuring native birds. Teru Teru, the southern lapwing, often seen in vineyards, is fiercely territorial. The national rugby team, Los Teros, is named after it.

Glowing crimson. Perceptibly aromatic in a Cab Franc way. Bone-dry finish that suggests this is best drunk without food. Not the most captivating version of this grape but it’s an excellent price....
