The Juliénas Les Fouillouses comes from a 1.70-hectare plot on a hillside of blue stones that make the top wines of Julienas so special at an altitude of 400 meters. The aromas are delicate with black forest fruits with soft, earthy aromas of violet, rose and peony. The cooler, well-balanced 2023 vintage offers delicious white pepper notes, with lovely mineral energy and tension.
