This is one of the finest sauvignon-semillon blends in the world, from the outstanding 2021 white vintage in Bordeaux. 80% sauvignon blanc with 20% semillon, aged for 22 months predominantly in large foudres, this is precise and focused with elements of quince, chamomile, white pepper, and gooseberry notes with great poise and density on the palate. Delicious young if decanted for 20 minutes, or better yet if left to mature and develop for another three to five years.
