Produced by a Danish sommelier from a selection of teas, this is a delicious alcohol-free alternative which still offers structure and complexity. Aromas of apples, citrus, green tea and lemongrass lead to a palate with wine-like structure and sparkle, with flavours of orange peel, lemons, darjeeling and a long finish. It's a complex and delicious drink in its own right, perfect for pairing with numerous dishes, in particular oysters, flaky fish and sushi. A delicious new find for us.
