Pinot Gris Les Princes Abbés, Schlumberger 2023
Mainly coming from the lieu-dit (named vineyard) Schimberg in Guebwiller, this is an off-dry Alsace white with lots of apple, ginger and honeysuckle combined with a juicy core. This estate is one of the biggest in the region with 130 hectares spread over 2,500 plots, which is a logistical challenge that Schlumberger manage with ease.
