Recently sourced from an exclusive cellar of impeccable provenance. Delicious and very well balanced, with a rich, rounded profile. Subtle nuttiness adds depth, supported by an excellent texture that gives real presence on the palate. Bright lemon and quince sit at the core of the fruit, lifted by fresh acidity and carried through with impressive length. There’s a strong mineral thread running through it, adding precision and definition. Textured, focused, and highly enjoyable overall.
