Gregor Easthope worked for much of his career in winemaking, brewing and bartending and found himself craving an alcohol free option which was fresh, complex and worth savouring, without the fuzzy mouth or sugar crash that comes from so many other alcohol free drinks. He set out, along with his partner Sophie, to set up a soft drink company that started a playful conversation around a serious subject. He used his skills as a winemaker and brewer to blend blend raw, fresh ingredients with carbonated Scottish water, to create products which capture the bright, fresh and vivid flavours of the fruits and spices and create a drink which is greater than the sum of its parts. Rapscallion Soda only uses raw ingredients, never from concentrate and without any added essences, preservatives or stabilisers. These are truly sophisticated adult soft drinks! Dry Lime is produced using fresh lime juice, lime rind and makrut lime leaf. It brilliantly balances sweetness and bitterness, with a real purity to the fruit flavours.
