Retsina Nature, Tetramythos 2025
White Wine from Greece - Greece
Tetramythos, a leader in sustainability and one of the finest producers in Greece, produce two retsinas - one for the export market (organic) and one for the local market (nature). This is the 'nature' and is more heavily resinated than the 'organic' version and all the better for it. Made from the 2025 harvest (retsina cannot display vintage on the label) this is a true 'single-vineyard' retsina, with the pine resin coming from trees within the roditis vines. The nose is brimming with citrus and mandarin peel with undertones of fresh pine, with a refreshing, textured palate. The finest example of this often joked about style we've tried and the ideal accompaniment to a Greek salad.
