Voted a winner by our Wine Champions panel of tasters this year, 'lovely tangy flavours` abounded in this pale, dry, zesty sherry from Sanlúcar de Barrameda. A bracing invitation to the Atlantic Ocean, and a plate of shellfish. The label has been redesigned for 2025. 

Each fino cask is a fermentation vessel and it ferments and matures with different yeast strains according to the humidity, temperature and air currents in the bodega. We select the best barrels and have them bottled as Fino Perdido. This is a mature golden fino sherry: rich and full. In Andalusia in summer the Spanish eat superb fish and shellfish and wash it down with characterful finos such as this.

These piquant guindilla peppers have been lightly pickled in a herbed vinegar. Great eaten as a tapa, used to make classic 'Gilda', or alternatively as a pizza topping, they're amazingly moreish.

A classic aperitif olive with a spicy twist. These plump Spanish manzanilla olives are marinated with chilli, delivering a delicious balance of briny freshness, gentle heat and savoury depth. Perfect alongside charcuterie, salty snacks and a glass of sherry or chilled white wine.

Rich, savoury and intensely flavourful, these traditionally cured Mediterranean anchovies deliver a perfect balance of salt, umami and silky texture. Delicious melted onto toast, draped over pizza or paired with olives, spicy peppers and chilled dry sherry or white wine. Preserved in sunflower oil.
