Sincronia Negre is a carefully crafted, artesanal red from the biodynamic vineyards of visionary Bàrbara Mesquida Mora in Mallorca. With a focus on organic and regenerative farming, and with a long family history of winemaking Barbara is among the vanguard of young producers contributing to the unique viticultural matrix of Mallorca. A blend of callet, merlot, gorgollassa, syrah, manto negro, monastrell, and pinot noir, Barbara ferments each variety separately using native yeasts, and then ages the wine for six months in seasoned French and American oak barrels. Dark fruit and subtle herbal undertones with a soft, structured palate and fresh acidity making it versatile for a range of food pairings, such as a spiced Spanish black pudding called morcilla served in stews, with eggs and potatoes or with pork, potatoes and tomatoes in a garlicky stew. Sincronia Negre is a balanced and pure expression of Mallorca’s terroir making it a great choice for the explorers out there.
