Single-Hopped Pilsner, Braybrooke Brewery, Market Harborough
Crisp, finely detailed and classically proportioned, this pilsner lets the tardif de bourgogne hop take centre stage. A near-forgotten French noble hop, it brings distinctive herbal notes of laurel, lavender and lemon balm, alongside a subtle apricot lift. The palate is taut and refreshing, with precise bitterness and a dry, elegant finish that lingers with gentle aromatic persistence.
