Schug Carneros Chardonnay 2022
Excellent barrel fermented (20% new) cool climate California chardonnay. This stylish white has great balance with apple, peach and apricot fruits, well supported by the cedar, toasted oak and grippy mouthfeel following yeast-lees stirring. Ready to enjoy and showcasing modern Carneros at its best.

Alma de Cattleya Sonoma County Pinot Noir 2022
This jewel-bright, coastal-influenced gem is gorgeously pure with wonderful fresh red-berry fruit, nicely balanced oak and a long, spiced finish. Colombian-born, French-trained Bibiana has worked at great estates in France: Château Haut-Brion, La Mission Haut-Brion in Bordeaux, Domainer Stephane Ogier and Domaine Clusel-Roch in Côte-Rôtie. In California, among others, she has worked at at La Crema, Au Bon Climat and Qupé. With a CV like that is it any wonder that she crafts such exciting wines from her garagiste-style winery in Sonoma? A former winner of the San Francisco Chronicles Wine maker of the Year, she is a without doubt a rising star in California.
López de Heredia Viña Tondonia Reserva, Rioja 2013
Legendary Rioja from this acutely traditional bodega in Haro. The 2013 Tondonia red is 70% tempranillo with 20% garnacha and 10% graciano and mazuelo combined. The reserva spends six years in barrel (just one would satisfy the DO regulations) and several more than the required two in bottle before release. The result is a balanced, pure and savoury style, with crushed cherries, forest floor and wild herbs. Long and complete.
