Our first-ever Exhibition Tokaji, produced for The Wine Society by Pajzos Tokaji, one of the leading estates in Tokaj, Hungary. With nearly a decade of age, the 2017 is hitting its stride bursting with apricot, tangerine and ginger spices combined with dried orange peel and honeysuckle. The residual sugar is perfectly balanced with the wine's racy acidity, leading to a very long finish. The botrytis in the wine delivers layers of complexity with hints of saffron and marmalade.
