The second vintage of the collaboration with Tierhoek and some of the Cape's greatest winemakers. After plans for the inaugural vintage of Tierhoek sauvignon blanc fell though at the last hurdle for the 2023 vintage we were only too happy to have Miles Mossop claim the 2024 vintage. Sauvignon blanc is in relatively short supply in the Piekenierskloof but the partnership between sauvingnon's inherent bright, racy and aromatic style is an ideal match to the Piekenierskloof's naturally citrusy acidity and linear palates. Miles has handled this beautifully, creating an elegant and mineral sauvignon that whilst certainly showcasing the grape's character, honours the vineyards too. Delicious in the early-to-mid-term drinking. Drink 2025 to 2028. 13%
