White Wine from Italy - Piedmont
Timorasso is a rare native Italian grape found in select vineyards in Piedmont, north-west Italy. In this lovely example the aromatics really develop as the wine opens up, showing layers of citrus, oyster-shell and pastry notes. Linear and crisp, this screams fine wine and can age well too.
