Toreye Chardonnay, Weingut Eymann 2024
Weingut Eymann were trailblazers in Germany in working biodynamically. Young winemaker Vincent Eymann is transforming the estate in the Pfalz to a producer of high quality and well made wines, as well as focusing on sustainability. This chardonnay comes from the single vineyard of Sonnenberg in Gonnheim and is fermented in barrel. Creamy in texture, this chardonnay has plenty to offer with white peach, toasted almonds, spice and crisp acidity.
