Valdespino Sherry Vinegar with Pedro Ximénez 25cl
Valdespino Sherry Vinegar with Pedro Ximinez was made with sherry from famous sherry house Valdespino's palomino grapes grown in their famous Macharnudo vineyard. Aged for more than six years in American oak casks that were previously home to the best Pedro Ximenez sherries, this deep, mahogany-coloured vinegar has taken on wonderful mellow richness with rich wood and PX notes. It will lift any dressing or drizzle it's included in.
