From the beautiful hilltop town of San Gimignano, this vernaccia has great weight of fruit with melon, ripe apricot and nectarine on the medium bodied refreshing palate. Spicy ginger and herbal notes last well on the finish. The slightly grippy mouthfeel makes this a brilliant food wine, pairing perfectly with roast chicken.
