1. The Wine Society Member Get Member prize draw (prize draw) is open to current members of The Wine Society who are residents of England, Wales and Scotland aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Wine Society, members of The Wine Society’s Committee, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

  2. Members can enter the prize draw by purchasing a gift membership for a non-member between 00.01am on Monday 3rd November 2025 and 23.59pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025. Members who purchase a gift membership for a non-member between 00.01am on Monday 3rd November 2025 and 23.59pm on Sunday 14th December 2025 will be entered into an additional ‘Early Entry’ prize draw.

  3. Only gift membership purchases made by Wine Society members through www.thewinesociety.com while logged into their account or who complete their purchase with The Wine Society’s contact centre Member Services over the phone by calling 01438 741177 providing full membership details (name and share number) will be eligible. There will be one entry per gift membership purchased with multiple entries possible by purchasing additional gift memberships, however a member can only win one prize in each of the Member Get Member and Early Entry prize draws, no member will be awarded multiple prizes per draw. Members do not need to call The Wine Society to confirm their entry.

  4. The prize draw consists of 56 prizes; they will be allocated to winning members based on the order that they are randomly drawn. The prizes to be won are:
    1. A cellar of wines (personalised cellar) valued at £1,000 that will be chosen by Director of Wine, Pierre Mansour following correspondence with the winner to ascertain their wine preferences.
      1. There is one personalised cellar to be won which will be allocated to the member drawn first through the random prize draw.
      2. The Wine Society’s Director of Wine (Pierre Mansour) will email the winner to discuss their wine preferences and will select wines based on those preferences in terms of regions, wine styles and the average bottle value they prefer. The wines chosen are at the discretion of The Wine Society. The winner will be contacted by phone if no email is available.
      3. The £1,000 valuation for the prize will be based on the selling price for individual wines on The Wine Society’s website. Where the wines aren’t for sale through The Wine Society their value will be based on average UK market rates, or if a wine isn’t available on the UK market values will be determined by The Wine Society based upon historic data of comparable vintages.
      4. The wines will be delivered to the winner’s preferred UK address no later than Friday 30th January 2026. The winner can request these to be placed into their Members Reserves storage with The Wine Society rather than take delivery immediately, normal storage fees, as outlined at www.thewinesociety.com/discover-fine-wine/members-reserves/, will apply.
    2. A Full-Bodied Small Wonders Case (ref MX25299) valued at £120.
      1. There are five Small Wonders Cases to be won which will be allocated to the members drawn second through to sixth in the random prize draw
      2. The Small Wonders Case is a six-bottle case containing comprised of 6 bottles
      3. The Small Wonders Cases will be delivered to the winning members’ preferred UK addresses no later than Friday 30th January 2026.
    3. A bottle of The Society’s Champagne Brut NV (ref CH331)
      1. There are fifty bottles of The Society’s Champagne Brut NV to be won which will be allocated to the members drawn seventh through fifty-sixth in the random prize draw
      2. The Society’s Champagne Brut NV will be delivered to the winning members’ preferred UK addresses no later than Friday 30th January 2026.

  5. There are five prizes to be won in the Early Entry prize draw, each is an Ultimate Christmas Day Case of six wines (Wine Society reference XC2535 worth £214.
    1. The prizes will be delivered to the winners’ preferred UK address no later than Friday 30th January 2026.
    2. There will be five winners who will be randomly chosen by an independent randomized platform from all eligible entries received once the prize draw has terminated, this will be made on or before Tuesday 16th Dember 2025.
    3. Winners will be notified by email, or in the absence of email, by phone or letter.

  6. If the winners do not respond to the promoters’ message within ten days of being notified, then the winner will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the Prize and the promoter reserves the right to select another winner from all eligible entries.

  7. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives are offered.

  8. The prizes are supplied by The Wine Society. The Wine Society reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Wine Society’s control make it necessary to do so.

  9. The prizes will be delivered to any UK address of the winner’s choosing, The Wine Society will not export the prize outside of the UK.

  10. The decision of The Wine Society regarding any aspect of the prize draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Wine Society reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  12. The Wine Society reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  13. Insofar as is permitted by law, The Wine Society, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of The Wine Society, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  14. The decision of The Wine Society regarding any aspect of the prize draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  15. The Wine Society is required to either publish or make available information, if requested, that indicates that a valid award took place. Accordingly, The Wine Society reserves the right to provide the forename of the winner, together with their county, to anyone who contacts Member Services. The Wine Society will notify the prize winner in advance. The prize winner will be given the opportunity to request information published about them to be reduced. If the prize winner objects to any or all of the prize winner’s forename, surname or county being published or made available, please contact Member Services at The Wine Society. The prize winner should note that The Wine Society may be required to provide their information to the Advertising Standards Authority in the event of a challenge. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed as set out in The Wine Society’s Privacy Notice.

  16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draws submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

  17. The Wine Society is the organiser of this prize draw (referred as ‘promoter’).

  18. The promoter of this prize draw is the International Exhibition Co-operative Wine Society Limited (‘The Wine Society’) a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (register number 1824R) and whose registered office is at Gunnels Wood Road, Stevenage SG1 2BT.
