Our en primeur offer of the highly anticipated 2024 Port vintage will be live from mid September. We are absolutely delighted to share these wines with members: it promises to be a truly historic vintage.
This is the first universally declared vintage in seven years, and early indications suggest it will be remembered as one of the greatest in the modern history of Port. Indeed, Charles Symington, head winemaker at Symington Family Estates, has drawn comparisons with the legendary 1945s and 2011s:

Thanks to exceptional climatic conditions throughout the growing season, the wines have remarkable finesse and balance. One particularly striking element is the silkiness and early approachability of the wines. Such elegance, completeness and balance at this stage is incredibly special, but they can equally age without issue for half a century or more.
It was, however, a small vintage. Adrian Bridge of Taylor Fladgate (owners of Croft, Fonseca and Taylors) warns that due to the small quantities, if you don’t buy at the beginning, you probably won’t get any down the line. A warning not to be taken lightly!
Our offer will feature around 20 exceptional Ports, spanning a range of styles, with some available in multiple formats and several mixed cases. Selecting these wines has been an incredibly rewarding process, and we are excited to present them to you.
