The best of Beaujolais’ crus age beautifully and develop savoury, forest-floor notes and the silky texture of pinot noir. With little red Burgundy under £25 a bottle, Fleurie, Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent are the ideal introduction to Burgundian-style reds.
