We don't sell wooden boxes but we do make them available for members to take from our Showroom in Stevenage when they are available, in return for a charitable donation. We regret that we cannot keep any aside for members to collect at a later date as storage space is limited.

The Showroom team has helped hundreds of members organise wines for weddings or other large functions. We can advise on wine selection, budgets, quantities and food-and-wine matching. Book an appointment by e-mailing your telephone number to showroom@thewinesociety.com so that one of the team can call you back. Please contact us as early as possible before the big day to ensure that we can plan ahead and provide you with the best possible service.

Regrettably, this is not a service The Society offers. We do have a full range of tastings available throughout the UK, details of which can be found here.

The Cellar Showroom is now open for on-the-spot sales. Following the Government’s announcement that all COVID-19 restrictions will be removed from the 19th July, we would nonetheless encourage our Members to continue wearing masks and to hand sanitise on entering the Showroom.  This decision has been made to keep our staff and members safe. Thank you for your continued patience and support. We also continue to operate the Stevenage Click & Collect service for both wine purchases and Members’ Reserves withdrawals. View opening hours
