To help us process this change quickly and accurately, please have the following details ready:
- The member’s full name and address.
- Their membership number (if known).
- We will ask for sight of the death certificate and details of the executors shown in The Will so that the share assets can be distributed. In a small number of instances, we may ask for Grant of Probate, and we will let you know if this is necessary.

Upon the death of a member, we would welcome the opportunity to keep the membership active with their family or friends who share their interest in wine. If you would prefer not to continue, we can arrange to settle the share value instead. We’ll be in touch soon to walk you through the options available, so you don’t have to worry about the details right now.

- Outstanding balances: Any pending fees are typically settled through the estate.
- Subscriptions: Once notified, we will stop all future automated payments for Vintage Cellar Plan, any future delivery with Wine Without Fuss will be cancelled.
- Direct Debits: Once notified, we will stop all future automated payments immediately to prevent any further stress.
- Members Reserves: Any wine held in Members Reserves will form part of the estate.
