Produced from organically farmed vineyards around the historic estate near Béziers, this cuvée has long been a member favourite, consistently delivering far more character and quality than its modest price would suggest.
The 2025 vintage has produced a wine of impressive balance and charm. Following a growing season blessed with abundant sunshine, cool nights and healthy vineyard conditions, the grapes achieved excellent ripeness while retaining freshness and vitality. The result is a beautifully expressive southern French red that combines generous fruit with elegance and drinkability.

In the glass, the wine offers inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, red cherries and wild Mediterranean herbs. The palate is smooth and approachable, with juicy dark fruit, supple tannins and a refreshing lift that keeps the wine vibrant from start to finish. It is a style that works equally well paired with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, charcuterie and hearty Mediterranean dishes.
The estate, with some 16 hectares of vineyard, is centred on the impressive Château de Perdiguier, strategically located on the banks of the river Orb. The owners are the Feracci family, true farmers who still grow cereal crops as well as vines. Their approach to farming is sustainable with minimal intervention; as part of their programme of biodiversity, they have invested in rewilding part of the estate. Vineyard production is managed in the same way as the rest of their crops with part of the production sold locally, while keeping back the best grapes to create their estate-bottled wines.
