First Release: Château Perdiguier's Cuvée d'en Auger 2025

The 2025 Cuvée En Auger, Perdiguier's top wine, is a blend of 85% cabernet sauvignon and 15% merlot, aged in one and two-year-old oak barrels for 18 months . It offers inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, red cherries and wild Mediterranean herbs. The palate is smooth and approachable, with juicy dark fruit, supple tannins and a refreshing lift that keeps the wine vibrant from start to finish. It is a style that works equally well enjoyed on its own or paired with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, charcuterie and hearty Mediterranean dishes.
