Read our independent report that assesses the sustainability credentials of alternative wine-packaging formats.
Recycling
The cardboard outer can be recycled in your usual kerbside recycling.
The inner and tap currently need specialist recycling. Please request a postage-paid bag from us by emailing wineoperations@thewinesociety.com, pop the bags and taps in the post and our specialist recycler will do the rest. Up to five bags and taps can go into each recycling bag.
This wine is also available in rPET - recycled plastic bottles. These are a lightweight, lower-carbon option which we are trialling as part of our work on alternative and more sustainable packaging. You can learn more about rPET or read the full report.
