A big full-flavoured grenache, syrah and mourvèdre blend aged in oak for 24 months. This is full and spicy and it is from one of the best estates in Cairanne. Taken over by Château du Mont Redon, this estate is in good hands. The 2019 vintage is exceptional and is starting to enter its prime as the tannins have resolved.

Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint Martin
The Alary family of Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint Martin have been the custodians of some of Cairanne's finest vineyards since the 17th century. With the tenth generation now at the helm, the estate, much like the region, is going from strength to strength. Much of the work is done by hand, even with the help of a horse for ploughing between the row, and the wines fully deserve their recent recognition and members' attention.
