Capensis are one of the only producers in South Africa to focus entirely on chardonnay, and this is their flagship wine. Based in the Hemel-en-Aarde this is sourced from a combination of five different vineyards including sites in Stellenbosch, the Overberg, and Robertson. Barrel fermented and matured this has now developed further complexity after time in bottle giving a rich, opulent chardonnay packed with cardamom and vanilla spice, lemon curd and toasted lime and apricot on the finish. One of South Africa's finest chardonnays.
