From the East Helan Mountain region in the Ningxia region this is an expressive and juicy white wine. Layered aromas of lemon, pineapple and tropical notes, interwoven with notes of bread and biscuit from the lees and a creaminess on the palate. There is a luminosity to the fruit and the wine is refreshing, with balanced acidity and a touch of residual sugar, delivering a generous and lively wine.
