White Wine from France - Burgundy
Bright, fresh mineral aromas and taut, firm crystalline palate. This is a top class Chablis matured on the lees for about 14 months before bottling. The reason for its outstanding freshness is that this comes from cool north and northwest facing vineyards. Mainly situated in village of Fleys, with some in Chichée and Fontenay. There are 12 hectares of vines. Age is under 35 years.
