One of the best, freshest and brightest village Chablis buyer Toby Morrhall has recently tasted. With fresh mineral aromas and a taut, firm crystalline palate, this is a top class Chablis matured on the yeast lees for about 14 months before bottling. The reason for its outstanding freshness is that this comes from cool north and north-west facing vineyards, mainly situated in village of Fleys, with some in Chichée and Fontenay. There are 12 hectares of vines aged under 35 years.
