White Wine from France - Burgundy
Concentrated mineral wine, firm and fresh. Matured for 18 months in tank on the lees to develop the mid palate. No oak. Made from special parcels vines amounting to just 1.5ha, the vineyards selected to produce 'La Part des Anges' were planted thirty-five years ago in the village of Fleys. They are planted on Kimmeridgian soil made of very white clay and large limestone rocks on a very steep, west-facing hillside.
