An exciting new addition to the range. Domaine Yann Chave is in a period of exciting transition with Yann's children starting to become more involved in this Northern Rhone estate. The Hermitage comes from the lieu-dits of Beaume and Péléat on the famous Hermitage hill, with vine age of 50 year+. This is Hermitage with a restrained concentration and lots of tension. It has lots of brambles and wild flower notes combined with black pepper, bacon and graphite notes.
