A vibrant and refreshing alcohol-free alternative to wine, this fresh, sparkling kombucha is off-dry with floral, elderflower aromas and hints of red fruit. It is whistle clean and brewed by Louise Avery in Suffolk, whose brewery is B-corp certified. Kombucha is an ancient, tea-based drink that, like wine, goes through fermentation, resulting in flavour complexity and interest, but without producing any alcohol. Following fermentation a blend of ethically sourced fruits, flowers and botanicals are infused to further enhance complexity. We believe that Kombucha offers a drinking experience that will appeal to wine lovers lovers looking to moderate their alcohol intake, and this is delightful served chilled.
