Morellino di Scansano Riserva, Fattoria le Pupille 2020
Morellino di Scansano is a DOCG within the Maremma on Tuscany's coast. The wines are based on sangiovese, and this is from one the regions most admired producers. From a very fine vintage, this riserva has many layers, with cherry and plum on the nose, developing tobacco, black tea and leather on the well-structured palate. Decant if possible.
