Online - Cheese & Wine - Harvest Table: Autumn Pairings
Our online cheese and wine pairing series continues with Harvest Table: Autumn Pairings. Join Andy Swinscoe (of The Courtyard Dairy) and the Tastings teams Gil Riggans as they guide you through six seasonal cheeses and perfectly matched wines in a relaxed, interactive tasting from home.
Our popular online cheese and wine pairing series continues in collaboration with The Courtyard Dairy. This interactive series brings together expertly selected cheeses and carefully matched wines for an enjoyable tasting experience from the comfort of home.
Each event will explore a seasonal pairing theme, with a bespoke pack featuring six outstanding cheeses, selected and introduced by Andy Swinscoe of The Courtyard Dairy. Our wines will be paired specifically to complement the cheeses, highlighting how flavour, texture and balance can transform both elements of the pairing.
For this event, Harvest Table: Autumn Pairings, Gil and Andy will focus on richer, earthier cheese combinations paired with textured whites, elegant reds and comforting autumnal wine styles that capture the warmth and generosity of the harvest season.
Hosted live online by Andy alongside Gil Riggans from the Tastings team, the evening will combine expert insight with relaxed conversation, offering plenty of opportunity to learn about the cheeses, the wines and why certain pairings work so beautifully together.
The wine and cheese selections will be confirmed soon and a link to purchase the cheese packs will be made available here.
We’re proud of a diverse online food and wine programme at The Wine Society. Formats range from cheese and wine evenings, takeaway nights and restaurant ‘dine at home’ kits. We will explain where to purchase the food in advance; either from trusted partners or your own local suppliers, and we will suggest the wines to buy in advance to accompany the evening.
