A classically styled Pauillac from an impeccable source, whose name we are duty bound not to reveal. This is a traditional blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot, showing an already expressive nose of cassis, graphite and tar with a palate that’s mid-weight but with precision and power. The tannins are fine and mouthcoating, providing great structure with a core of bright blackcurrant and plum fruit.
