Red Wine from South Africa - Coastal Region
Pinotage but not as you know it. This beautifully fragrant, lighter-framed red is energetic and crunchy with flavours of pomegranate, goji berry, rosehip and pepper. Some whole clusters are used in the fermentation and some of the fruit is pressed early. Majority fermented in stainless steel for fruit purity and freshness, this new-wave Atlantic-influenced pinotage will change your view of the grape! Fine powdery tannins and a twist of cocoa bitterness on the finish make this a moreish red which would work well lightly chilled.
