Pisano Don Francesco Founder's Grand Reserve Progreso Tannat 2025

This is a blend made together by Toby Morrhall and Pisano. It's a classic Uruguyan tannat, a blend of three different wines, matured in barrel for about a year. It has dark, brambly fruit and a robust and structured palate which is firm but not dry.

Château du Courlat Cuvée Jean Baptiste, Lussac Saint-Emilion 2020

Full-bodied right-bank Bordeaux with spicy, grippy tannins and fresh, mineral finish this cuvée is a selection of the best grapes from old vines, aged in barrel to add finesse. A perfumed and harmoniously balanced claret. The Bourotte family own several well-regarded properties on Bordeaux`s right bank. This property is in the satellite appellation of Lussac-Saint-Emilion and has been in the hands of Jean-Baptiste Audy - the négociant company founded by the man of the same name in 1906 – for several decades. Their properties include Clos du Clocher in Pomerol, still run by Jean-Baptiste's descendants and since 2003 his great-grandson Jean-Baptiste Bourotte. Du Courlat's 17 hectares of vines have an average age of 25 years and are planted on the slopes of Lussac with a large lake at their centre. Four hectares of this are dedicated to the company's first wine, Cuvée Jean-Baptiste, named in honour of the company's founder.

Barbera d'Alba, GD Vajra 2024

Beautifully fresh and vibrant barbera with concentrated ripe raspberry, red-cherry and bramble fruit, pink-grapefruit zest, and a twist of rosemary. Well balanced with smooth, seamless tannins, a lovely glass of wine with or without food.

Italy £21.50 per bottle
2025 - 2028

Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Rouge Paso Robles 2024

Tablas Creek, a joint venture between the Haas and Perrin families, is a flagbearer for regenerative viticulture and this vibrant, fragrant southern Rhône-inspired blend is a perfect introduction to what they do. Intense flavours of ripe strawberry and raspberry are balanced by bright acidity, with wild herbs on the finish.

2024 - 2029

Fuentes del Silencio Las Jaras, Castilla y León 2021

An extraordinary Spanish red from 50- to 100-year-old vineyards on the edge of Bierzo. A masterful blend of mencía, prieto picudo and alicante bouschet, it is both elegant and intense, offering layered aromas of cedar, spice and dark fruit. Beautifully structured, this is a mencía of real depth, with the 2021 vintage showing a brighter red-fruit profile. Fine, velvety tannins carry through to a finish that is fresh, sappy and juicy, with a tapering finish.

Spain £20.00 per bottle
2026 - 2034

Moulin-à-Vent, Château du Moulin-à-Vent 2024

This is a benchmark example of a Moulin-à-Vent from the Parinet family estate, organic certified for the first time in this historic vintage for the cru. Sourced from three lieux-dits from around the windmill itself, this finds a beautiful expression in 2024, with so much finesse and unforced elegance. Perfumed with bright raspberry and cranberry notes, rose petals and a twist of pepper, this is pure-fruited with a stony minerality. The tannins are already silky and fine, and while there is a lightness there is also real presence. This will age with grace, but it’s difficult to resist drinking now.
