From the organically farmed hillside vineyards of the Specogna family at Rocca Bernarda, this is a characterful Refosco with real sense of place. Deep ruby with violet highlights, it shows intense red-berry and cherry aromas, lifted by savoury spice and leather note. Firm yet well balanced, with lively acidity, ripe tannins and a slightly rustic wild floral and game-structured finish.
