A perfumed and plump Spanish red from an off-the-radar area near Zaragoza in the north. Most of the vineyards in Valdejalón supply co-op facilities but Mario López is transforming the area's image with his high-quality organic wines with commitment to sustainable and regenerative viticulture. Full of flavour, it over-flows with succulent wild-strawberry fruit, and is dangerously easy to drink. The perfect summer red for barbeques, festivals and picnics. The light tannins allow for it to be lightly chilled.
