This complex and superb quality rosé Champagne combines Bollinger’s trademark richness and depth with remarkable freshness, fruit and precision. Pinot Noir dominant, the wines are entirely fermented in small, old oak barrels and once in bottle, the wine is aged for seven years on its lees under natural cork. This has led to a complex Champagne, with layers of redcurrant, cranberry and blood orange, with subtle spice and chalky freshness.
